Our client is an established Indian Restaurant looking for two experienced assistant restaurant managers with good knowledge of Indian cuisine.

Successful candidate will be involved in the day to day running of the restaurant by assisting the Restaurant Manager, running and managing the entire restaurant during his absence. You will be fully responsible for managing the assigned area and achieve targets set by the restaurant manager, responsible for initiating the exceptional service to guests by all waiting staff in your area, manage food hygiene, involved in recruitment and development of new staff, train and supervise a team of staff. Coordinate between management and the junior staff regarding issues if any, dealing with customer complaints and passing on to the restaurant manager and billing.

Must have minimum 3 years relevant experience in a similar role.
