Our client is a county currently recruiting for a Second Chef

The ideal Second Chef will have previous 3 or 4 star hotel experience or worked within quality Indian restaurants
The Second Chef will be responsible for assisting in maintaining high levels of hygiene and health and safety
The Second Chef will be responsible for junior staff development and ensuring high levels of food standards are achieved
The Second Chef will be reporting directly into the Head Chef
Second Chef must be passionate and the ability to cope under pressure
The successful Second Chef will have at least 2 years experience at chef de Partie / level or higher within a similar operation.
