This property requires a Sous Chef who is capable of producing high quality meals using fresh ingredients under pressure.This pub creates a variety of traditional and modern dishes and has an a la carte menu as well as offering chalkboard specials and serves 70 covers for lunch and dinner.As Sous Chef you will be responsible for running the kitchen in the Head Chefs absence and will work closely with them on a day to day basis to ensure that service is smooth and the junior members of the team are up to scratch.


Previous Junior Sous Chef or Sous Chef experience within a fast paced, fresh food environment is essential for this role.Ideally candidates will have worked to at least one AA Rosette standard and will have developed all round cooking skills.
