Restaurant and Bistro concept is currently recruiting a Head Chef for one of their busiest restaurant sites located in Newcastle.

This is a fantastic challenge for Head Chef who wants to take their career to another level. You will have drive and ambition to succeed and above all have a love of cooking quality fresh food. You will be motivated by fresh quality ingredients and satisfied customers.

The ideal candidate will have strong man-management skills at Head Chef level; have the ability and past industry experience to lead a team of up to 15 chefs, running a very busy kitchen serving a mix of modern and traditional European/Italian food in Heathrow
