Our client is an award winning established Indian Restaurant looking for experienced restaurant manager with good knowledge of Indian cuisine.

The job holder will be responsible for the management of the Restaurant Front of house operation. The job holder must be financially astute and apply actions to minimize costs. You will be responsible for ensuring the front of house objectives are properly aligned and reviewing performance of assistant restaurant manager. It is essential that the job holder is able to influence and motivate a team of staff to deliver against the restaurant's objectives and targets. Developing and implementing training and coaching plan for the team of waiting staff, this will be managed through the assistant restaurant manager.

Applicants must have minimum 3 years similar experience or equivalent level of qualifications.
