  2. Where we submit documents on behalf of clients it is with the full approval of the documents by the client and based on information provided from the client; therefore we cannot be held accountable for any inaccurate information submitted.

  7. Documents and advice contained on the website are not made available for any other purposes.
  8. Where the required visa application centre only accepts applications in person then we are not able to submit postal applications on the client’s behalf and they must be submitted by the applicant(s).
  9. All out-of-county applications must be made in person by the client; we do not submit applications on behalf of clients in these situations.
  10. We cannot guarantee visa applications will be successful.
  11. We do not work on a no-win no-fee basis.
  12. The fee charged is for the service provided only. Costs such as application fees, translation costs and postage to us are additional and not included in the service fee.
